Showrooms that replicate the atmosphere of a home help people visualize their dream interiors with ease, which is why immersive real-space experiences in stores have become so popular. We’re excited to share a new showroom by Lithuanian interior designer Sandra Očikaitė, which perfectly blends design elements and features our Granola (4007) oak flooring.
“One of the key stylistic goals for the showroom was to create a harmonious contrast between the rich wood tones of the furniture and the flooring,” says Očikaitė. “The large wall-mounted shelf is finished in a lighter oak, which allows the Granola flooring to establish a balanced rhythm within the space. Both shades of oak complement each other without competing, highlighting their natural beauty and enhancing the overall sense of warmth and calm in the room.”
“Wood has always been my passion,” she continues. “In every project, I naturally gravitate toward wood, and I’ve never quite connected with the trendy vinyl alternatives. To me, wood is authentic, timeless, and warm – it exudes a sense of permanence.”
“And the name Granola perfectly reflects the warmth and subtle beauty of these oak floors. Their gently toasted hue is reminiscent of perfectly roasted nuts, with a soft, understated tone.”
