Designed by architect Donatas Rakauskas, the LŪŠIS villa in Palanga defines luxury not through excess, but through the quality of materials, proportions and textures – both in its exterior architecture and interior spaces. Contemporary technologies are combined with enduring, time-tested materials to create a refined and lasting aesthetic.
For the villa apartments, Art Deco oak parquet in the Dunes (Q-2118) finish was selected to complement the project’s dynamic architecture. Rather than serving as a standalone decorative feature, the flooring becomes a natural continuation of the architecture itself. The rhythmic parquet pattern brings a sense of movement to the interiors, helps bring balance to unconventional proportions and subtly emphasises the way natural light moves through the space.
The understated Dunes tone blends seamlessly with stone, glass, mirrors, wood and textiles, while the natural texture of oak introduces warmth and softens the precise lines of contemporary architecture.
