Close collaborations with real estate developers and architects have allowed us to observe a clear trend: more buyers seek (and real estate developers offer) properties with partial or complete finishes. Developers’ extensive experience in designing and constructing real estate allows them to choose professional partners as well as high-quality, environmentally friendly, and durable materials, like our wooden floors.
Using oak in interiors is a versatile, popular solution that connects indoor spaces with nature. Parquet patterns add life and dynamism to homes. In this project, 3477 hue rustic grade flooring in Herringbone pattern creates an impression of timeless elegance and can blend easily with other interior elements.
