Just recently, our team visited our long-standing partners in Estonia — Lincona. During the two-day meetings, we exchanged insights about Ecowood products, delved into the technical aspects of the products and shared the experiences from the Ecowood group’s sales teams — Medžio Stilius in Lithuania and Styl Drzewa in Poland.
Meeting Interior Designers
Our products were also showcased to Lincona’s interior designer partners at the newly developed Riviera project in Tallinn, featuring our Chevron parquet in the Original grade. The selected colour, Nordic N-3408, was chosen by the project designer during her visit to the Ecowood factory in Vilkija and the Medžio Stilius showroom in Kaunas a year ago.
Exploring Design, Uniqueness, and Sustainability
Throughout our discussions, we focused on three key themes:
- Parquet Flooring Colour Trends. We explored the latest colour trends and emerging styles, offering insights into the future of flooring design.
- The Uniqueness of Oak. Our conversations highlighted the distinctive features of oak wood—its natural grooves, knots, and heartwood. We also discussed how various finishing techniques can either accentuate these unique characteristics or create a smooth, minimalist aesthetic.
- Sustainability and Certification. Sustainability remains central to our mission. We discussed certified production processes and how these add value for end customers, interior designers, and developers when selecting partners.
Expanding Opportunities and Product Range
Lincona, Estonia’s largest flooring retailer, is expanding its offerings with Ecowood oak doors, catering to designers seeking cohesive interiors that harmonize floors and doors. Our Velvet doors model, known for its unparalleled elegance, has garnered particular interest among our partners and their clients.
